The Small Print

VISUALSPACE GALLERY is renting the space to the client for the agreed amount of time during the hours stipulated in the contract. We do not represent the client and are not responsible for the promotion of the client beyond that stipulated in the contract.

VISUALSPACE GALLERY does not guarantee attendance or sales and cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to the renter or their clients both physical or material.

In case of any damage or loss occurred of the property of VISUAL SPACE GALLERY, the renter must either replace or repair the damage within 10 days.

A 50% deposit is required on signing of the contract to secure the space for the agreed dates of the rental. The remaining 50% is payable the day before the rental. We regret that we can not secure the dates otherwise and we reserve the right to book in other rentals if the 50% deposit is not paid. Deposit is not refundable in case of cancellation.

VISUALSPACE GALLERY highly recommends that the renter purchases an insurance to cover loss or damage.
