From a young age Santhe’s work has been influenced by local landscapes. Initially she was inspired by the rolling hills, farmers’ fields, and beaches of the Ontario farming country where she grew up. Since moving to Vancouver 25 years ago her art has continued to be influenced by her immediate surroundings.  She beautifully captures the changing light and its effects on the environment. Her current show at VISUALSPACE gallery focuses on the Coastal Shores off Vancouver Island.
